Chocolate Macadamia Nut and White Chocolate Chip Cookies. This is an easy recipe for delicious cookies packed with macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips. Add chocolate mixture and beat until well blended. Stir in flour and baking powder, then beat just until moistened. Stir in macadamia nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut. I got this recipe from a friend since Im a big fan of white chocolate and I loved it! The one nut Ill make an exception for is the macadamia nut. I love the richness and creaminess of this nut. As I was flipping through some cookbooks, I stumbled upon Jamie Olivers two-nuts chocolate torte recipe, which uses almonds and walnuts. This recipe is from my daughter, whos a terrific cook.
